TL;DR (In short): We only collect what we need. We use Google Analytics for statistics, Formspree for the contact form, Stripe for payments, and Meta Pixel for ad measurement. We do not sell your data to third parties. You can request deletion at any time.

2.1 Contact Form

When you send us a message via the contact form, we collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Message content

Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and provide career guidance.

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Technology: Forms are processed by Formspree (GDPR certified).

2.2 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to track website traffic. We collect:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Browser and device type
  • Pages visited
  • Time spent on the website
  • Geographic location (country, city)

Purpose: To improve user experience and optimize website content.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Basic traffic analytics is necessary for operating and improving the website. Advertising features (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are only activated with your consent.

2.3 E-book & Newsletter

When you download our e-book or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect:

  • Email address

Purpose: To deliver purchased products and send newsletters (only with your consent).

Legal basis: Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

2.4 Payment Data

E-book payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card details. Stripe is PCI DSS certified.

2.5 Meta Pixel & Conversions API

We use Meta Pixel (Facebook) to measure ad effectiveness and server-side Conversions API to record purchases.

  • Basic measurement (PageView): Records page visits without advertising cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Advertising features (retargeting, Custom Audiences): Only activated with your cookie consent.
  • Conversions API: When you purchase an e-book, transaction data (hashed email, amount) is sent to Meta servers for conversion measurement. Legal basis: legitimate interest and contract performance.

2.6 Cookies

We use the following types of cookies:

  • Essential cookies: For basic website functionality (cookie preferences, login)
  • Analytical cookies: Google Analytics — basic analytics runs under legitimate interest; advertising measurement only with consent
  • Marketing cookies: Meta Pixel — advertising cookies (retargeting, personalization) are only activated with your consent

You can delete cookies at any time in your browser or change your preferences on our website. If you choose "Essential only", no advertising cookies are stored.

  • Contact form: 2 years from the last communication
  • Google Analytics: 26 months (automatically)
  • Cookies: 13 months (Google Analytics)

After the retention period expires, all data is automatically deleted.

We only share your data with the following certified services:

  • Formspree: Contact form processing (USA, EU-US Data Privacy Framework)
  • Google Analytics: Traffic analysis (Google Ireland Ltd., EU)
  • Stripe: E-book payment processing (USA/EU, PCI DSS certified). We do not store credit card details.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram): Traffic measurement and advertising campaign effectiveness (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Basic measurement under legitimate interest, advertising features only with consent.

We NEVER sell your data to marketing companies or third parties.

  • Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

Parents may purchase programs for their children (secondary school students), in which case we process the parents' data as legal guardians.
